The Arch Cafe is a new and exciting venture in Leeds City Centre, and is a cafe with a social conscience.
The cafe occupies a Grade 2 listed building, formally a Charity School, built by local benefactor John Harrison. The building now called the Bradbury Building, is the newly refurbished head office of Age UK Leeds who own the cafe and all the profits from the cafe go directly to support their work with older people. In fact, just by eating and drinking at the cafe you are making a huge difference to the lives of older people within the Leeds area! With localised services and one-to-one support the money you spend here in Leeds, stays in Leeds!
The Arch Cafe serves homemade cakes, excellent coffee, and loose leaf tea as well as a huge selection of hot and cold sandwiches, breakfasts and lunch options. We also have free Wi Fi and a beautifully tranquil outdoor space in the pictureqsue setting of St John’s Church (the oldest church in the city centre!)
The cafe also has a flexible events space which is available for hire as a performance space, meeting room or private party! Further details are available on the ‘Hire Our Space!’ tab above or via 0113 389 3002
